Turkish cuisine and hospitality are a great source of inspiration for me. Translating them into a new concept is an especially educational and unique experience. Creating a Turkish and Mediterranean influenced menu has a surprising effect every time and delivers particularly delicious combinations.
Training, encouraging and motivating the team gives me a great deal of satisfaction so that I go to work everyday with a smile on my face.
Passion for food is the most important ingredient for our kitchen staff. The teams in our department our enthusiastic about fresh products, beautiful dishes and ultimate flavour combinations.
