Conditions – Spa Membership

1.  Spa membership

  • As long as our Spas are maintaining the covid-19 measures it will only be possible for current members to renew their membership.
  • The membershippass is stricly personal and only by showing your membershippass you can make use of our facilities.
  • The amount of your membership must be paid in one time. You can pay at the Spa & Fitness reception by card. We don’t work with automatic incassos.
  • Your membership is valid depending on which membership you bought and can not be canceled per calendar month.
  • We do not give any refund if you decide to end your the membership before the end date.
  • With this membership it is not possible to freeze it temporarily. This is because you can determine yourself the period for which you want to register through the various memberships. With this purchase you agree to pay the membership fee in one go and accept these terms.
  • As a member of Vitality and Village Spa you receive 25% on all our treatments and products. However, this discount cannot be used on special promotions, packages, entrance fees or memberships.
  • Vitality and Village Spa have the right to deny you access in the event of inappropriate behavior.
  • Access is not possible when there are special events or other special occasions and this will be communicated to you in time by the Vitality or Village spa.
  • In the event of a malfunction or temporary non-functioning of one of the facilities of Vitality or Village Spa, no discount or compensation applies.
  • As a member you agree to the Spa house rules from the spa.
