The quickest way to get to Corendon Village Hotel Amsterdam from the airport is to take bus 194 or bus 195 from Amsterdam Airport Schiphol bus station to bus stop ‘Schuilhoeve’. From here, it is only a 2 minute walk to the hotel. You can also make use of our complimentary airport shuttle service from platform C13 at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol bus station. What is the quickest way to get from Corendon Village Hotel Amsterdam to Amsterdam city center?

There are several ways to get to the city center of Amsterdam. To make your trip to the city center as convenient as possible, the hotel provides a City shuttle service from the hotel to Museum Square in Amsterdam. Return ticket costs €7,50 per person. Museum Square is located in the center of Amsterdam and from here you can easily walk or take the tram to other parts of the city. The shuttle service departs from the hotel at set times during the morning, afternoon and evening. There is also a direct bus connection to and from train station Schiphol where you can take the train to Amsterdam Central Station from bus stop Badhoevedorp Oost. This bus stop is located at approximately 8 minutes walking distance from the hotel.

Can I park at the hotel?

Yes, Corendon Village Hotel Amsterdam provides a spacious parking facility with 470 parking spaces.

  • Maximum per 24 hours:  €17,50
  • 2 days (48 hours):             €35,-
  • 3 days (72 hours):             €52,50
  • 4 days (96 hours):             €70,-
  • After 5 days:                       €70,- + €5,- extra per day (24 hours)
Does the hotel offer a shuttle service?

Yes, Corendon Village Hotel Amsterdam offers a complimentary hotel shuttle service to and from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport. Please visit our reception desk for the time schedule or view the schedule here. We also offer a City shuttle service to and from Museum Square in Amsterdam at set times during the morning and evening. Return ticket costs €7,50 per person.

Is smoking allowed in the hotel?

Please note that Corendon Village Hotel Amsterdam is fully non-smoking, including e-cigarettes. You may smoke outside in the designated smoking areas.

Are pets allowed?

No, pets are not allowed in the hotel.

Check-in/ Check-out

What is check-in time?

Check-in time is after 15:00 o’clock. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that a room will be available before 15:00 o’clock. However, if the room is available when you arrive early, you can choose an early check-in for €10,- per hour.

If your room is not ready or you don’t want to use an early check-in, the hotel offers a free luggage storage, where you can store your luggage while enjoying the facilities in the hotel or the city.

What time is check-out?

Check-out time is 12:00 o’clock. If you wish to check out after 12:00 o’clock, we charge an additional €10,- per hour until 18:00. After 18:00, a full room-rate will be charged. Please note that the possibility of a late check-out depends on the availability of your room on the day of departure and cannot be confirmed in advance. If we are unable to provide a late check-out, it is possible to make use of our complimentary luggage storage.

Reservations

Do I need a credit card to make a reservation?

Yes, a credit card guarantee is required for all room reservations.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards, such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

How old do I need to be to make a reservation?

We only accept room reservations from guests aged 18 and older.

Can I change or cancel my reservation?

Reservations based on Flexible rate:                                                                                   Reservations based on Flexible rate can always be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before check-in time on the day of arrival. In case of a late cancellation or no-show we only charge the first night.

Reservations based on Non-Refundable Rate:                                                                                     By booking non-refundable room rates we can offer you the best rate for your room. In exchange, your credit card will be charged directly for the total amount of the booking and the reservation can no longer be changed or cancelled free of charge. This means that if you wish to cancel your reservation, no refund will be given.

Can I add breakfast to my reservation?

The easiest and most affordable way to have breakfast during your stay is to book a room including breakfast. If you booked a room excluding breakfast you can of course still add this upon check-in.

Can I request an extra bed in the room?

Yes, to request an extra bed in the room we charge the following prices:

For children aged 0-4 years: €10,- (this can be a baby cot or an extra bed).                                  For children aged 5-12 years: €17,50.                                                                                                    For children and adults of 13 years and older: €35,-.

Can I request a baby cot?

Yes, baby cots are limited available upon request for an additional charge of €10,-. Please contact our Reservations Department via: reservations.village@corendonhotels.com

Is entrance to the Village Spa & Fitness included in my reservation?

Yes, during your stay you can make use of our complimentary Spa & Fitness center in Plaza. The Village Fitness opens mid-June and Village Spa opens mid-August 2018. Please note, the use of swimwear and slippers is mandatory. Children up to 12 years old can only visit the spa and fitness center with assistance.

What kinds of amenities are included in the room?

As we try to minimize the use of plastic in our hotel, the bathroom in your room has been equipped with Fair-Trade shower gel and shampoo in sustainable and refillable packages. This policy prevents that more than 500.000 plastic packages will end up in the environment.

Is there a Smart TV in the room?

Yes, all rooms are equipped with a 42” flat screen Smart TV.

Is there a minibar in the room?

All our rooms are equipped with a mini fridge. Upon arrival, the mini fridge is filled with complimentary water.

What kind of power outlets are used in the room?

Our sockets are suitable for electrical equipment using a 230 Volt current and a maximum of 300 Watts. Power adapters can be purchased at the lobby shop.
