Corendon Cinema – more than a cinema
Corendon Cinema is located in Corendon Plaza Hotel. Hotel offers much more than just a cinema. Visitors can enjoy a delicious meal in the extensive restaurant or they can shoot up in our experience elevator to the SKYBAR 747, with a magnificent view over Schiphol and the surrounding area.
Boeing 747
The Boeing 747-400, the former KLM aircraft, ‘City of Bangkok’, made her first commercial flight in June 1989. After 30 years of reliable service the airplane got a new final destination: the backyard of the garden of Corendon Village.
Our guests can also admire this beautiful lady from the inside. In fact, a Boeing tour takes place every day at 11:00 am. Tickets can be purchased for a small fee at our reception desk.

a central location close to Amsterdam’s main business districts, Amsterdam Schiphol Airport and Amsterdam city center. By car or the hotel shuttle service, Amsterdam Airport Schiphol can be reached within 7 minutes. Amsterdam Zuidas business district and Amsterdam city center can both be reached within a 15-minute drive. The Lorentzplein in Badhoevedorp is about 20 minutes walking distance from the hotel. Here you will find several supermarkets and a drugstore. Various tourist attractions, such as Keukenhof, Zandvoort and Volendam are only a short distance away.

Amsterdam City Center
There are multiple ways to reach the city center of Amsterdam using public transportation. The fastest way is to travel to Schiphol Airport using our free Airport Shuttle and then take public transportation to Amsterdam.
Additionally, you will find the Badhoevedorp Oost bus stop within approximately an 8-minute walk from the hotel. This bus stop offers a direct bus connection to and from Schiphol train station, where you can continue your journey by train to Amsterdam Central Station.
For sustainability reasons, the former City Shuttle service has ceased operations as of April 1, 2023.
Accessibility and parking
Corendon Urban Amsterdam Schiphol Airport Hotel is located next to Amsterdam’s ring roads A4 and A9. The traffic situation has changed considerably near the hotel. Please consult Google Maps for the right directions. Once arrived, the hotel provides a spacious parking facility with 470 parking spaces.

- Maximum per 24 hours: €17,50
- 2 days (48 hours): €35,-
- 3 days (72 hours): €52,50

- Double rate for coaches. €35,- per 24 hours.
Restaurant, bar, spa and cinema guests receive 4 hours of free parking by showing their receipt.
Public transport
Amsterdam city center and various other destinations in and outside of the Netherlands can be easily reached by train from Schiphol International train station. A bus stop (Schuilhoeve) with direct bus connection to and from Schiphol Airport (bus 194 and 195) can be found on a 2-minute walk from the hotel. From bus stop Badhoevedorp Oost, which can be found on 8 minutes walking distance from the hotel, there is bus connection to Schiphol International train station where you can take the train to Amsterdam Central Station.
