Amsterdam, February 13, 2025 – The College Hotel, Autograph Collection, continues to serve as a training ground for students with a passion for hospitality. This underscores the hotel’s role as a learning environment. The restaurant, where ROC students gain practical experience, remains officially open under its new name: The Dean. It is open five days a week, offering a unique culinary experience.

Located in the historic The College Hotel, Autograph Collection, in the heart of Amsterdam-Zuid, The Dean carries on the hotel’s tradition as a training facility. Here, students develop their skills in the kitchen, service, and management. Guests can enjoy dishes crafted with seasonal ingredients and international influences. The menu is not only a reflection of talent but also of the dedication and vision of future chefs. The Dean is the place where new hospitality talents are nurtured.

Reservations
