Our all- inclusive concept allows our guests to choose from a wide variety of dishes during breakfast, lunch and dinner.  We have taken into consideration that everyone’s taste pallet is different and therefore created an ever changing range of dishes to please everyone’s culinary addiction.

Breakfast was designed to give you the necessary energy to face a new day. Fruits, yogurts, granola and hearty dishes are only a few of the many options from which guests can enjoy during their first meal of the day. Fluffy omelettes, sunny side up eggs served with freshly baked croissants is exactly what you need to enjoy a well-deserved vacation.

During lunch and dinner, guests can enjoy a wide variety of exquisite flavors inspired by cuisines from all over the world. The local cuisine of Curaçao is well represented with various mouthwatering meat stews combined with elaborate rice and vegetable dishes. Our carving station offers guests jaw dropping meat choices while our pasta station transports guests to Italy with each bite they take.

Pizza’s, salads, cheeses and a wide assortment of breads are also available during lunch and dinner.

Desserts

No meal is complete without a well-deserved dessert. Delicious treats such as a Red velvet cake, strawberry cheesecake, flan, Crème brûlée, key lime pie and an éclair are some of the many tasty desserts that are waiting for you. Our desert area consists of various stations offering an astonishing amount of different sweet dishes for everyone to enjoy.

Exquisite tastes from around the world with quality products, skillful show cooking and a lovely terrace is one of the few things that our restaurant offers. Vegetarian dishes are also available.

• Breakfast is served between 7:00AM and 11:00AM.
• Lunch is served between 12:30 and 14:30PM.
• Dinner is served between 19:00 and 21:30PM.
