We save paper like this

Responsible printing
At Corendon Hotels & Resorts we try to print as little as possible in the most doable way. How do we do this? By choosing 100% recycled and FSC-certified paper. As a result, we save more than eighteen trees annually in our Corendon City Hotel Amsterdam alone. And we know that the paper comes from well-managed forests. Our fellow workers are also given instructions to print less, so we work together on a better world.

Paper with less impact
Almost all paper products and packaging that we use in our hotels have the FSC logo or another eco-label. Because of this we can say that they are less harmful to the environment and the wood comes from responsibly managed forests.

For example, we use recycled and Cradle to Cradle certified toilet paper on our public toilets, which is old paper that has been recycled so often that it is no longer usable as ‘normal’ paper.

Dyson hand dryers
Did you know that the paper industry makes an enormous contribution to climate change? By using Dyson hand dryers in our hotels, we save a lot of tissues in our public toilets on an annual basis. It may take some getting used to not using tissues after washing your hands, but drying your hands with the Dyson hand dryers is scientifically proven more hygienic than using paper towels. And they are energy-efficient, because they consume up to 80% less energy than other hand dryers.
