Both Corendon City Hotel Amsterdam and Corendon Village Hotel Amsterdam used to be old, vacant office buildings. We have given these properties a renovation.
Corendon City Hotel Amsterdam
The hotel is originally a nearly fifty year old office building. We chose to completely strip the building and expand it with floors. All installations have also been renewed to keep energy consumption to a minimum. For more information about our energy savings, see: ‘Save energy like that’.
Corendon Village Hotel Amsterdam
The main building of our newest hotel Corendon Village Hotel Amsterdam used to be from an international investors who rented it out to large companies such as Sony. The Urban Hotel was formerly an office building. Both buildings were not demolished, but completely renovated. This saves on the use of new building materials and, moreover, the social benefits are great: we maintain the liveability of the environment.
